Our workshops are good for your health
Benefits include the following:

Spiritual Wellness
Spiritual wellness leads to overall wellness. Reconnecting mind, body and spirit can reconnect your entire being. With spirit, we can ceremony anywhere.

Reconciliation
How do we get passed the past if we don't reconcile the truth? Our workshops offer inclusive and Indigenous ways forward. We are open to all demographics.

Cultural Practices
We learn from elders, mother earth and creation. We use Indigenous ways and spirit medicines like tobacco, sweetgrass, sage, and cedar in all our workshops.
INDIGENOUS WAYS
Our independence is as sacred as our teachings. We are former treaty researchers, land claim negotiators and policy analysts. We are Indigenous medicine people who practice a sacred way of living. We are protectors of medicine, protectors of ceremonies, and protectors of communities. As medicine people and healers our mission is simple, bring real medicine to the people and empower them to revitalize their sacred ways.
